There is a 20% restocking charge for all returned items.
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Fabrics must be unwashed, uncut, in new condition with no odors, stains, or pet hair. Any items which have been used or altered in any way from their original condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days from the item(s) being returned to our shop. All refunds are issued to your original form of payment.
