Quilting Prices are based on square inches with a minimum quilting fee of $60.
Less dense edge-to-edge designs .025 / square inch
More dense or geometric designs .03 – .04 / square inch
If you don’t see the design you are looking for, I can obtain your selected design for you. The fee for this service is $25
I will only longarm quilt on batting purchased from Jubilee Quilt Company at the time of service.
I stock these high quality battings:
- Hobbs Heirloom 80/20 (natural and bleached) $12 / yard
- Quilters Dream 100% Cotton (Select mid loft) $14 / yard
- Quilters Dream Bamboo / Silk Blend $14/ yard
Oversize fee – length and / or width greater than 80″ $25 / each
Extra Charges if required:
- Add single leader to your backing $25
- Square backing $25
- Press top or backing $25
- Repair open seams $5/ each
- Remove pet hair $25
- Ease in excessive fabric in blocks or borders $25 and up. (If the amount of fabric is too great to ease in, pleats and/or tucks will occur during the quilting process.)
Please be sure your quilt top & backing are clean, square, pressed, and in good condition. (ie. having no open seams / rips, no excessive fabric in the borders)
Provide a backing that is pressed and square and at least 10” longer and 10” wider than your quilt top and made of high quality 100% cotton. (Some other fabrics such as flannel or minky may also be used)
For standard color threads (Black, White, Cream, Tan, Yellow, Navy, Red, Pink, Orchid, Light Blue, Medium Blue, Light Grey, & Dark Grey), there is no additional charge. I typically work with Glide 40 wt. thread which has a subtle sheen. If you prefer cotton or poly/cotton thread or a different color of Glide 40, that option is available at an additional charge dependent on quilt size.
